I purchased your e-book at SpringerLink. Excellent book. I need to do a MaxDiff analysis on a 400 case sample where I have the least and most preference in a balanced 9 question 12 attribute design (4 attributes per question). The problem is I cannot find a how too or Excel file example anywhere. There are Excel packages that include this analysis but they are expensive becuase they include many statistical techniques that I do not need. I need to calculate preference scores on the data as a first step and then do a Latent Class analysis on these scores to come up with segments. I have SPSS in addition to excel. Any thought On how I can accomplish these steps?
